OUTLINE OF SERVICES

* Scroll and Quill Publications (SQP) is the academic, literary, and scientific publisher for the Classical Heritage Foundation.

The approach to publication specifics is determined by the nature of the work and/or the discretion of the author. Some papers remain in an informal format and are archived through document control while others proceed to publishing.

* By organizing publication efforts, Scroll and Quill Publications aides in networking between authors and organizations, synergizing research projects, and formalizing work efforts.

* Scroll and Quill Publications acts as a testing ground for emerging projects and authors, and thus encourages creative writing and exploratory research.

* The topic areas involved within Scroll and Quill Publications evolve over time and are based on activities of the Foundation's members and may include scientific papers, studies on international law, and collections of poetry.

* Scroll and Quill Publications acts as the Classical Heritage Foundation’s library, reference source, historical resource, and document control center.

All Classical Heritage Foundation research and project related data, publications and documentation is filed with SQP through document control or archived as a published item. Between such procedures, all divisions of the Classical Heritage Foundation have access to CHF material through SQP as a reference desk.
